SOME YOGA EXPERIENCE RECOMMENDED
Come energize for the morning with an intermediate level strong asana(physical practice) sequence that will open shoulders, back body, hamstrings and focus the mind for the day ahead. You can expect sun salutations , vinyasas (transitions) standing and seated postures and binds. We will practice Breath, and meditation will be introduced at the end of each season prior to rest posture (savana).
