Every Thursday at 19:35 we meet at Healing Home for a strong and steady Vinyasa Flow — an indoor class for intermediate students who want to grow their practice.This class is about building control, flexibility, and confidence.
We move through creative sequences, linking breath to movement, and working on postures that help you go a little deeper — both physically and mentally.
We’ll start with a short breathing practice, then move into a dynamic flow that challenges your balance, coordination, and strength.
Expect a mix of standing poses, twists, backbends, and stretches to release tension — and we close with a short Sound Bath to help your body and mind fully let go.
It’s a supportive space where you can move with focus, explore safely, and feel proud of your progress.

Healing Home – Pozsonyi út 54, 3rd floor (Ring bell 33)
Please arrive 10 minutes early so we can start on time. The door closes when class begins.
