Intermediate Swim Classes - November 11th - six weekly sessions total.

November 11th - December 9th ( First Five Sessions)

The sixth class which would normally be on December 16th will be deferred to 6th January

Focus: Maintain endurance to swim, while also keeping composure in stressful aquatic environments. Introduction to technique. Emphasis: Proficient knowledge of Freestyle, Backstroke, and Breaststroke

Please note this class is not for beginners - anyone attending must be able to swim.
