Prerequisites:
1) Completed an Intro to SUP class at The Floathouse or elsewhere
2) Have basic SUP experience: be able to balance and stand on a board
3) Have basic paddling skills: be able to go forward, backward, stop, perform sweep turns
4) Be able to self-rescue from the water, back onto board, wearing a PFD
5) Have basic safety knowledge: know how and why to wear a PFD
