Join us for our intermediate salsa suelta class! For dancers not familiar with the format, it is "shines" or "pasos sueltos" without partners. In this class, we will teach a new choreographic routine based on Cuban dances each month, in a progressive series. This challenging and fun class is for training for our dance team but is also open to the general public. The August 25th class, being the only class in the month, will be a one-time workshop, while progressive routines are learned for September, October, and November. The November class will extend into December with presentation opportunities the weekend of December 13-15.
𝐃𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐬: Sundays, August 25 – December 8, 2024. No classes on September 1.
𝐓𝐢𝐦𝐞: 2 – 3 pm
𝐋𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Pink Cadillac Country Bar and Dance Hall, 369 Muldoon Road, Anchorage.
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬: Adults and/or older teens with salsa/Latin dance experience
𝐂𝐨𝐬𝐭: $20 per class, or included in dance team membership! Or, you can purchase 6 Adult Group Classes to be used Fall 2024 for $100.
