This energizing Intermediate hot vinyasa class is set to upbeat music and designed as a moving meditation using breath to fuse both mind and body. We’ll begin with guided meditation and progress to up-tempo Suryenamaskar to build heat then progress through your flow exploring the asanas, generally peaking with a pose or following a set theme in the yoga practice. You’ll be invited to explore each asana and your own personal connection to breath and movement while getting an intense full body workout.
