WHAT: Intermediate Hip Hop (adults 18+)
WHEN: Oct 7, 14 & 21 (3 consecutive Wednesdays)

SPECIFICS:
Come challenge yourself in this intermediate-paced class! If you're familiar with Taster Tuesdays, this is a slight bump-up in difficulty level. So, yes - it may be hard sometimes. But it will also be accessible; delightful; and in our usual friendly, silly, low-stakes environment.
CLASS DESIGN:
-15 mins: follow along warm-up featuring basic footwork and full-body movement
-40 mins: learn choreo chunk (Oct 7: part 1; Oct 14: part 2; Oct 22: part 3 & review)
-10 mins: piece together what you know and run in groups
REMINDERS:
-hip hop is high-impact, and we dance on a concrete floor. Wear comfy shoes!
-class includes athletic, full-range movement. Wear comfy clothes!
-You can ALWAYS modify moves. Listen to your body and follow your psych!
PREPARE:
-Bring water & payment (or pay in advance)
-Dress for movement (I like tennis shoes and loose, wacky shirts).
-Goofing welcome! Leave judgy and/or competitive vibes at home.
-*first-timers* sign up here in advance or show up 5+ minutes early to check in.
