COACH: DeeThis is a 2 hour Intermediate workshop for anyone who wants to expand their "Downtown Variations" quickly.
In this workshop we will practice variations 1-12. We won't go over the VERY basics every class so you should be familiar with downtown to take this class, This class will learn the variations at half speed and then go full speed through the 12 varations called "Grade School." This workshop moves quickly, but gives opportunity to learn a lot and take video to practice on your own.
CANCELLATION NOTICE: Please note the minimum for this class is 2 participants, if there are less than 2 people signed up for the class you will be notified the day before of cancellation via email.
SKILL PRE-REQUISITES:
You must familiar with the downtown.
Helpful Skills:
One variation requires crazy legs, so if you would like to familiarize yourself with this move before class you can (We won't be going over that in this class. However you can sub "skiers" with this move if you are not familiar with "crazy legs")
Gear:
Helmet, knee pads, wristguards, elbow pads strongly suggested but not required.
BYO:
Waterbottle. Tripod if you want to video yourself, Sense of humor.
