Intermediate Arrest, Search, & Seizure, TCOLE#: 2108, 16hrs

The fourth amendment is one of the most widely discussed amendments in the news today. This course will provide the student with a greater understanding of a frisk, suspicious activity, probable cause, consent to search, search warrants, and other areas that are directly related to arrest, search, and seizure. The students will also be provided with information to provide a greater understanding of juvenile offenses, dealing with juvenile offenders and organized juvenile criminal activity.
