Goethe-Institut invites you to the first intercultural training of the “Living and Working in Germany”-project!
Experiencing different cultures may cause uncertainty and frustration at first. To live a fulfilling life in a foreign society, you need to build and maintain trust in the community. Certain societal rules and norms need to be considered which are often unclear and confusing. Our intercultural training addresses these cultural differences, promotes self-awareness and provides you with essential skills to ensure a successful work and social life in Germany.
The all-day training will take place on Saturday, 22nd and of June at 10am and is free of charge. It will be conducted by artist and UEW-lector Martin Keil, who is a professional intercultural educator.
The training consists of three modules:
- Regional studies
- Everyday live in Germany
- Working in Germany
The workshop is free of charge and accessible to any Ghanaian that wants to relocate to Germany for professional or personal reasons. Since the training will primarily be conducted in German, language proficiency of B1 is required. Please note that the maximum number of participants is limited to 15 to ensure the best possible learning experience.
