Interactive Workshop on Hidden Disabilities, Wellbeing & Neurodiversity

This interactive session aims to increase staff awareness and understanding of hidden disabilities and neurodiversity, while strengthening our collective approach to wellbeing and inclusion. Participants will explore how hidden disabilities impact daily experiences, learning, and work and how we can create environments that are more supportive, accessible and empowering.

• Build confidence in recognising and understanding hidden disabilities and neurodivergent experiences.
• Explore the relationship between wellbeing, identity and inclusion.
• Identify inclusive behaviours that support disabled and neurodivergent individuals.
• Encourage open dialogue, shared learning and collective responsibility for creating accessible environments.
