We will facilitate a guided Chakra Meditation with our singing bowls and instruct you to chant with us for a more interactive experience.
Chanting can bring you into a deep, peaceful, inner silence. Unlock the power in your voice, through making own vocal sounds, or you may choose just to listen to the sounds washing over you.
The oscillation or resonance of molecules activated by the sound vibrations cause alternating compression and relaxation of the cells, inviting deep relaxation and the releasing of stagnate, stuck energy.
No experience required, just bring an open mind.
Yoga mat, blanket, bolster and eye pillows are provided.
We will have some of our hand-made jewelry available for purchase including our Chakra pendants.
