This 2.5-hour interactive workshop is designed for leaders, first responders, and professionals who want to strengthen relationships, rebuild confidence, and lead with greater credibility.

You’ll learn how trust shows up in two essential ways:

• Competency – the skills, follow-through, and reliability that prove you can do the job.
• Character – the integrity, humility, and empathy that show who you really are.
