About this Event
We’re gathering for an evening of connection, reflection, and intentional plate shattering, all designed as a ritual to make space to let go of what’s behind you and boldly step into what’s next.
What You'll Experience
Welcome + Intention Setting
We begin in community, grounding into the space and setting personal intentions. Whether you’re releasing a habit, a story, an identity, or a season of your life, this is your moment to call it in.
Guided Reflection
You’ll receive reflective prompts to help you tune inward and get clear about what you’re truly ready to let go of. You'll connect with others as you share as a form of expression.
Writing Ritual
The plates are your canvas. Here you write down what you’re releasing, what’s been weighing on your body, and what you’re choosing to leave behind.
Plate Breaking Ceremony
The release. You will break your plate with intention, force, clarity, and full permission. The sound, the sensation, the symbolism is all part of the transformation. This is where your nervous system feels the “break”.
Community Connection
After the release, we’ll gather again to share, witness, and celebrate. You’ll be surrounded by others who are also letting go, stepping forward, and choosing themselves.
Closing Integration
We’ll end with grounding practices to bring your energy back into your body, helping you leave feeling lighter and more aligned.
