Intention Setting Sound Healing & Nidra

Welcome in the new year with an intention-setting sound healing & nidra session!

If you would like to begin your year setting aside some time to journal your spirit's intention for 2025, be guided through a visualization meditation, and seal in this practice with a powerful sound bath, we would love to have you join us at this event. If your goals are already clear, we invite you to use the power of manifestation to energize them.

Bring clarity to the root of your New Year goal or goals, and surrender to a guided meditation and intentional sound bath designed to support bringing in the new and releasing the old.

Journals and pens will be provided, as well as yoga mats, blankets, and bolsters, but please feel free to bring your own/anything else that makes you feel more comfortable!

Join us at Abundant Space on Friday, January 10 from 6-7pm located in North Scottsdale.
