This year, our ceremony weaves together the power of breathwork, journaling and reflection to create a grounded, mindful transition into the new year.
Breathe: Begin with a guided breathwork session to release stagnant energy, connect deeply with yourself, and create space for new intentions to emerge.
Reflect: Through journaling and thoughtful prompts, explore the lessons, joys, and challenges of 2024. Let go of what no longer serves you, and align your vision for the year ahead.
Settle: We’ll close the evening gathering in a circle doing a ceremony to leave the past in the past and welcome new states of vitality.
