Twice a year we get together to approach our next six months with intention. This helps us utilize the universe as our co-creative partner in manifesting the life we want, while seeing what curveballs might be thrown at us. An intention is about applying thoughts towards what you want. Clarifying your intentions and honing in on how you want your life to be, allows your mind to focus and support you throughout the year. Articulating your intentions creates space for manifesting your ideal state of being.
An affirmation is about creating ongoing positive thought patterns and beliefs to sustain and optimize your intentions. The best affirmation is one that is stated in the present tense, includes an optimistic emotional influence, and specifies exactly what you want (not what you don’t).

Energetic Activation: We’ll begin by reconnecting you with your own energetic power and aligning you with the energies available to support your goals.
Clarity & Focus: Learn how to direct your affirmations like adjusting sails in the wind—harnessing energy to move you forward with intention.
Intuitive Guidance: Use oracle cards to gain insights and guidance for each month of the rest of the year.
Creation Time: Craft your own personal intentions and affirmations in a supportive group setting.
Group Healing: We’ll close with a collective healing to open your giving and receiving channels and energetically seal in your work—setting the tone for an inspired year.
