Join us for an evening of Intention, Connection and Transformation. We begin by easing into a restful space with Blue Lotus plant medicine served warm with pure Blue Zone Costa Rican honey. Mindful breathing and grounding exercises prepare our body and mind for body mapping. We are guided through the translation techniques to create a deeper connection with our body. This exercise will allow each participant to understand how our bodies respond to stress, trauma, grief and joy. Each attendee will receive a personal hands on energy healing session and intuitive messages. Our session will conclude with open time to share experiences and ask questions. Nadia is experienced in intuitive guidance where personal messages may be provided with tips on moving forward in your self care practice and healing journey.
