Intensive Greenland Rolling Clinic 7th July 2024

We offer an intensive Greenland rolling session on the 7th of July. We will restrict this session to a small number of people.

You will practice stretching, land based rolling exercises and rolling in the water. We teach beginner (such as the standard Greenland roll) and advanced rolling (forward finishing rolls and hand rolls).

We're really excited to see you and get rolling!

You will need to bring your normal kayaking kit, a nose clip, neoprene hood or tuiliq, earplugs can also help especieally if you get easily seasick.
