Join the Intensive Followers Technique Drills with Rena every Saturday 12:30-2 pm in Wild & the Barre Fitness Studio.This course is focused on improving your solo technique, body awareness, and overall dancing experience. We will implement solo exercises with and without a Barre.
We will work specifically on:
✨Enhancing the basics such as posture, embrace & connection, balance & elegant walking
✨Embellishment drills, reaction and velocity of movement, and self-expression.
✨In addition, a 20min “Tango Talks” section is included at the end of some sessions, where we will discuss some existing challenges for followers and will share some useful tips.
All levels & genders are welcome!
