Integrative Wellness Retreat & Reiki I & II Certification For Helping Professions
Have you been feeling burned out? Working with people who are burned out? Have a family that is burned out? Amanda Boer, LCSW, MSW, RYT-200, CHt of Alchemical Awakenings, will be leading an intimate retreat geared toward self-care and tools for those in helping/support roles and professions (therapists, nurses, teachers, coaches, massage therapists, support staff, etc...). This toolkit can also be used with family and friends.
This intimate carefully curated weekend will include Reiki I & II certification (Reiki is now offered across dozens of major hospitals for integrative care including Mayo Clinic, Duke, and Johns Hopkins).
You will receive a full Reiki I & II manual, a variety of integrative wellness experientials (massage, self-care meditations, yoga, singing bowls), a small grab bag of goodies, ethics around integrative wellness based on various professions, good company, coffee, daily meals and snacks, tea tasting, and so forth....
The event will take place at Alchemy House's gorgeous space in Sioux Falls over two days, where we can take advantage of their various offerings.
