Integrative Somatic Therapy Practice™ (ISTP™) is a gentle, body-based approach that supports your return to safety, presence, and inner connection. Rooted in self-awareness, breath, movement, and intuitive guidance, this session helps release stored emotions and tension in the body—inviting softness, compassion, and nervous system harmony.

✨ These sessions are offered free of charge as part of my practicum for certification.

✨ Open to women only, this is a safe and nurturing space for those feeling tender, curious, or simply ready to reconnect.

Spots are limited. Each session is one-on-one and takes place in person.
