Integration Through Breathwork with Sarah Hope

This immersive workshop is for those who have previously sat with earth medicine - in any form, dosage, or setting - and are looking for grounded, intentional ways to reconnect with and integrate those experiences.

You don’t need anything new.

You don’t need another peak experience.

There is often more available in what you’ve already experienced - if you have the tools to access it.

Breathwork offers one of the most direct and accessible pathways back into the body. Through conscious, rhythmic breathing, we can shift states, access stored emotion, reconnect with memory, and create space for new insight - all while staying rooted in our own awareness

In this 2.5-hour workshop, we’ll explore how breath can support integration in a safe, embodied, and deeply personal way.

Earth Medicine Mentor, Sound Healer, and Reiki Practitioner.

Cyndi supports individuals in navigating liminal spaces and integrating meaningful experiences into grounded, everyday life.

Sarah Hope, Sarah Hope Coaching

Psychedelic Integration Educator, Breathwork Facilitator, and Nature-based Mentor.

Sarah works at the intersection of neuroscience, somatic healing, and mythic wisdom, and supports people navigating spiritual awakening, psychedelic integration, and major life transitions. She teaches internationally through retreats, facilitator trainings, and integration programs.

WHAT TO BRING

• a journal/pen

• water bottle

• sleep mask/eye cover

• a pillow (if you prefer, like me, to use your bolster for under your knees)

• socks & a favorite blanket if you run cold (no shoes in the venue, please)

• dress in layers; body temperature can rise during breathwork and drop as you relax after

Yoga mats, light blankets, and bolsters will be provided.

REFUND POLICY

Life happens, we get it.

• If you need to cancel more than 7 days before the event, you’ll receive a full refund.

• If something comes up within the week of the event, refunds are NOT available, but if you let me know at least 48 hours in advance of the event start time, I’ll happily apply 50% of your ticket price as credit toward a future gathering.

• For no-shows or late arrival, no refund or credit will be provided.
