Reflect ~ Connect ~ Integrate
My earlier class, A New Earth, A New You, touched something so deeply that none of us wanted it to end…
So we continued the journey.
Integration Circle grew from that experience into an ongoing space for deeper exploration, practice, and real-life integration. We’re still rooted in many of the teachings of A New Earth, while allowing new teachings, practices, and tools to become part of our work together.
We are now beginning the Right Use of Will series by Ceanne DeRohan, starting with the first book, Right Use of Will: Healing and Evolving the Emotional Body.
This isn’t simply a book study. We’ll weave the teachings with class exercises, experiential practices, discussion, energy tools, and new training as we explore what it means to actually live and embody what we are learning.
Together we explore and practice:
🌿 Becoming more present—so we can meet life differently in the moments that matter
🌿 Recognizing the patterns, conditioning, and reactions that keep us cycling through the same experiences
🌿 Learning to witness what is happening within us rather than automatically being pulled into it
🌿 Giving our emotions space to be felt, heard, understood, and integrated
🌿 Using grounding, embodiment, and energy practices to support real change
🌿 Being witnessed and supported by others who are walking their own path of healing and growth
🌿 Bringing what we learn out of the classroom and into our relationships, choices, challenges, and everyday lives
🌿 Shifting the energy we live from—so, little by little, we begin changing the frequency of our lives
It’s about what happens in the small moments—when we become aware, return to ourselves, and have an opportunity to choose something different.

You do not need to have attended A New Earth, A New You to join us. A New Earth is recommended for additional foundation, but is not required.
📍 2nd & 4th Wednesdays of each month (MONTHS WIITH 5, we typically meet, but it's a group decision)

Because lasting change can be hard to do alone. We can understand something intellectually and still find ourselves falling back into the same reactions, patterns, and ways of being. Integration Circle is a place to come back, reconnect, practice, and be supported as we learn to live from a different place within ourselves.
This is where insight begins becoming a way of life—and where changing our inner frequency can begin changing how we experience our lives.
