Integration Breakfast: Confidence & Mindfulness – Finding Balance

How do we stay calm, confident and present in a world that constantly asks us to rush?

This LuxBuzz Integration Breakfast is a relaxed morning conversation about finding balance between doing and being, confidence and mindfulness, connection and inner calm.

Guest Speaker - Laurence Belche
Forest School Teacher · Yoga Instructor · Inside Flow Gold Teacher

Laurence is a Forest School teacher, a dedicated yoga teacher and a lifelong nature lover. She integrates her passion for the natural world with grounding and mindful practices that help others find balance in today’s busy lives. Through her work she encourages a return to nature, a focus on the breath and a deeper connection to the present moment.

Laurence will share her personal journey of bringing yoga, mindfulness and nature-based education into daily life and work. Together we’ll explore small, practical ways to build confidence while staying grounded and mindful, even when life feels fast-paced.

Participants are warmly encouraged to bring their questions and reflections - this is a shared conversation over coffee, not a formal session.

This breakfast is organised in collaboration with the Biergerpakt (Citizen Pact) initiative of the Ministry of Family Affairs, Solidarity, Living Together and Reception of Refugees.
The Biergerpakt encourages all adults living or working in Luxembourg to take part in living together by discovering the country’s languages, customs, values and associations.
Their team will be present at each event to share information and answer questions about how to get involved.
