In this workshop you won’t be encouraged to be loud and dramatic, or to push through in order to ‘man up’ to a macho ideal of being a warrior. Instead we’ll be getting to know the subtle places where this archetypal energy is already leaking out in shadow often through rage, self violence or harsh inner voices that keep us in a place of victimhood.
We will be taking a deep dive to reclaim this hidden strength inside of you so that you can;
~Set clear boundaries with yourself and others to make space for what you really value,
~Make clear, confident choices that stand up for what you believe in
~Enjoy the vital dynamism of your raw, wild life force energy.
~Take meaningful action in your life
