- Preparation

・Please arrive a few minutes earlier for getting settled

・Wear loose, comfortable clothes. Try to avoid metal zippers or snaps

・Eat lightly (or not at all if you can) before the session. An empty stomach is best, but light snacks like fruits, smoothes are fine

・If you eat meat, please refrain a few days ahead of time

・No coffee, alcohol, nor use of any other substances before session

・You can bring blanket or cushion, if you need support when you lay down on a mat

・Heavy Medic*tion (opioid etc)

・Pregnancy (who is new to this work or energy purging) *if you are very familiar with Kundalini activation, then you can do up to before the last trimester
