Join Life Coach|RESET Breathwork Facilitator, Theresa Falvey-Hunt and Psychotherapist Becky Richards, LPC, CSAC, CDBT for a unique wellness experience.This breathwork series is intentionally curated as a progressive journey-each session building upon the last to guide you from inner safety to embodied freedom.
Following the Breathwork portion of our experience led by Theresa Falvey-Hunt, psychotherapist Becky Richards will provide psychoeducation on the topic of the month and support personal reflection in order to deepen our personal understanding and learning.

What to Bring: Yoga Mat and/or Blanket, Journal/Pen, Water, Snack if needed, Your Commitment to YOU
Investment: $99 per session ($396 Pay in Full) (Commitment for all 4 sessions required)

Session 1: Cultivating Trust
Reconnect with the safety of your body and breath.
This session begins your journey home—inviting you to soften into the present moment and rebuild trust from the inside out. Through RESET Breathwork and somatic release, lead by Theresa, we gently peel back the layers of fear and control to remember your inner steadiness.
Following the breathwork, Becky will guide you on how we begin to trust and hear what you have been taught to ignore, and support the process of your experience with the breathwork session.
Session 2: Anchor into Self-Love, Compassion & Acceptance
Let go of self-judgment and root into radical self-compassion.
This session invites you to meet yourself with tenderness. Through breath led by Theresa, you’ll begin to dissolve shame, soften your inner critic, and anchor into the steady ground of self-love and deep acceptance.
Following the breathwork, Becky will provide insight on developing unconditional positive regard for yourself and provide support as you dive in to process the experience of session 2.
Session 3: Whole & Worthy
You were never broken. This is the remembering.
Step into the truth of your inherent wholeness and worth. This breathwork session, led by Theresa) supports you in reclaiming all parts of yourself and releasing the belief that you have to earn your value.
Following the breathwork, Becky will support you as you apply the unlearning of being a human ‘doing’ vs a human ‘being’, and lead group discussion.
Session 4: Liberation
Shed the weight. Breathe into freedom.
In this final session, we breathe with Theresa to break free—from old stories, limiting identities, and anything no longer aligned. This is a soul-deep exhale into possibility, truth, and embodied freedom.
Following the breathwork, Becky will support discussion of how your less limiting, newly found freedoms will show up for you in your day to day experiences.
