This integral gong and sound healing training training will provide background knowledge and above all: many practical skill advices to start or to continue the already started way to master the most important instruments of contemporary sound healing.
The participants will get introduced to a spectrum of sound healing instruments such as gongs, singing bowls, shamanic drums, rattle-shakers, tuning forks and melody instruments such as tongues drum, hardpans and above all; the human voice. This masterclass training has the purpose to open and support a practical understanding of how to use these tools cohesively for yourself and for others.
Jens Zygar comes with over 40 years of experiences in this areas. He is teaching sound healing music classes globally and his classes are inspiring and create sustainability for the professional careers of spiritual wellness activists and entrepreneurs.

Singing bowl & playing techniques, 11:00 a.m. - 1:30 p.m
Singing bowls are the primary instruments of any sound work.
Craft basics of the primary instrument of integral sound work.
Hear, feel, sense, play, act. Follow up, corrections, feedback
Sound massage, 3:00 p.m. - 6:30 p.m
Individual treatment and in a group. Attention, concern, imagination and creative action in harmony with one's own intuition and inspiration. Strategic working approaches in integral sound massage for everyday life and work.
Thursday 25.04.24, day 2/5
Gong & playing techniques, 09:00 a.m. - 1:30 p.m
Frontal lessons: Gong history, German gongs, presentation of the gongs at playing stations, presentation of playing techniques, biographical information, gong consecration.
Gong training, 3:00 p.m. - 6:30 p.m
Playing unit through the stations with different mallets, one-handed, two-handed, tremolo, explanations of essential things as required, questions and answers.
