Ready to become an American Red Cross Instructor? The Second Breath Instructor Training Program is an 8-hour course designed to prepare participants to confidently teach American Red Cross CPR, AED, and First Aid courses.
Prerequisites
• Be at least 16 years old
• Hold a current American Red Cross Adult and Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED certification (or equivalent approved certification).
• Complete any required online coursework before the classroom session.
Required Materials
• American Red Cross CPR/AED/First Aid Instructor Manual
• American Red Cross CPR/AED/First Aid Participant Manual
• Adult face mask for skills practice
