Welcome the first full moon of the year with an intentional evening of cacao, sound, and restoration. The Wolf Moon invites us to turn inward, trust our instincts, and connect with the strength we carry within ourselves and within community.
We will begin with a heart-opening cacao offering, followed by a restorative sound bath designed to calm the nervous system, release stagnant energy, and support emotional balance as we step into 2026.
This experience is simple, nourishing, and accessible for all. No previous experience is needed.
What to bring:
A yoga mat, blanket, pillow, warm layers, water, and anything else that supports your comfort.
