Bio:
Destiny Day is a singer, rapper, songwriter, pianist, actress, model, music producer and engineer, who has been classically trained in contemporary ballet since the tender age of 5 years old. With consistent displays of prodigal ability, and shortly after graduating from Ballet Tech at 12 years old, Destiny was requested to be a part of a singing group called “Diamonds In The Roof” (D.I.T.R) managed by Anthony Leggett also known to some as “Boogie Breeze”. She’s also sang for Beatles Legend “Paul McCartney” at the Historical Apollo Theater.
Continuing to excel throughout middle school and into high school Destiny studied with Broadway Dance Center, the Dance Theatre of Harlem, as well as Pure Elements; an Evolution in Dance. With years of technical dance under her belt and a desire to express herself across multiple mediums, Destiny transitioned into becoming a devoted student of the music industry while also finding time to set the stage at Lincoln Center Theater in the summer of 2017, performing her unreleased song “Song Cry.” in front more than 500 ticket holders.
Years later, she went on to study at RocNation School for Music Sports and Entertainment, mastering her skills and approach to audio engineering and music theory. Currently in the process of developing and publishing her Debut LP “The Life of a Melinated Elephant”, Destiny has many tastemakers, labels, and supporters on the edge of their seats in anticipation for the drop.
With so much dormant talent waiting to be discovered, Destiny Day is truly the epitome of up-and-coming.
