WHO: Members, non-members, first timers, neighbors, family members, and co-workers are all invited. Must be 15 years of age and heart healthy to participate.

WHEN: Saturday, March 21st, 2026.

• 9:30am: Arrival
• 10am: Workout begins
• 11am: Workout ends, vendor giveaways and social time
• 11:30am: Event wraps

GEAR NEEDED: All participants must bring their own mat or towel, water bottle, and please arrive in active clothing.

PARKING INFO: There is both park-side and residential-side parking available.
