Inspired Learning: Spring Cleaning Detox

Join us for Detox Season, a 4‑week community wellness series designed to help you cleanse gently, reset intentionally, and step into spring feeling lighter, clearer, and renewed.

Week 1 — Spring Is Your Reset Window

Why spring is the optimal time to cleanse, reset, and reboot your body. Learn how seasonal shifts activate your natural detox pathways and how to recognize when your body is ready for a reset.

Week 2 — Build Your Reset Blueprint

Design your personal spring cleanse process. We’ll map out a reset that fits your real life — your rhythms, your goals, your body.

Week 3 — Eat to Detox

Cleansing through food and herbs that help you release, restore, and rebalance. Discover the foods, herbs, and daily practices that support gentle detox and whole‑body renewal.

Week 4 — Make it a Lifestyle

Sustaining cleanse rituals for a healthy lifestyle all year long. Learn how to carry your reset forward with simple, doable habits that help you feel balanced and energized beyond spring.

FREE Parking is available in the Mercedes-Benz Lot across from Gate 1 on the corner of Northside Dr. and Magnolia St. NW on a first-come, first-serve basis. Additional parking will be available on an hourly basis in the Orange Deck.

Rideshare: Guests are encouraged to arrive at the Vine City MARTA Station and use the crosswalk or pedestrian bridge to walk across Northside Drive to Gate 1.

MARTA: The preferred station for arrival and departure is the Vine City Station. This station will drop you off just across the street from Gate 1 at Mercedes-Benz Stadium. Use the crosswalk or pedestrian bridge at Northside Dr.
