Inspired By Ethno

On behalf of the UNWLA, the Ukrainian National Women’s League of America, you are invited to the Fashion Show “Inspired by Ethno” on November 22, 2024, at Montclair Art Museum (3 S Mountain Ave Montclair, NJ 07042), and November 24, 2024, at Pocono, PA (140 Leisure Lake, Scotrun, PA 18355). Famous Ukrainian designers Oksana Polonets and Lubov Chernikova will present new collections based on traditional folk costumes from their native Eastern parts (Sumy, Donetsk, and Luhansk regions) as well as the Western part of Ukraine.

The event features a performance of Ukrainian songs, and an auction, which includes refreshments and drinks.

As the war rages on in Ukraine, proceeds from the event will be donated to Emergency Response to the War in Ukraine: Zemliachky UNWLA fund, specifically to purchase women’s uniforms, gear and everything necessary for women defenders .
