Join Lora Lantz to create a vision board to help bring structure to your dreams and goals. Lora will guide you through a gentle asana practice, meditation, and journal session. You'll leave with a finished vision board full of inspired actions for your future. 5:30-7:30pm
Items provided: Magazines, Scissors, Glue Sticks, and 11 x 14" Poster Board Feel free to bring additional items like magazines, photos, stickers, etc.
What to bring: Yoga Mat, Journal, anything specific you'd like on your vision board
Cost :: $30, $25 early bird by Aug 12th
