Join us at the INSPIRE center for a debate about the recent publication of 'Køn og Karriere I Akademia: Bag Facaden' (Hans Reitzels Forlag) by professor Margaretha Järvinen (KU) and professor Nanna Mik-Meyer (CBS).
The focus of the debate will be the findings of Mik-Meyer's and Järvinen's study and the various ways in which gender impacts the success of academic career-making.
