Inside Out: Mask Making Workshop
About this Event
Inside Out
What would you look like if you didn’t have to mask?
Using colour, texture, collage and other materials, we will make masks to explore who we are on the inside; whether that’s your identity, personality, emotions, experiences or simply the things that bring you joy.
There’s no right or wrong way to take part, and you don’t need any artistic experience.
This is a relaxed, creative space to experiment, express yourself and make something that feels like you.
Wednesday 28th October 6-7.30pm – The Angel Centre, Lowry Room
The workshop will be facilitated by Brendan, a creative arts therapist. Brendan will be there to gently guide the session and help create a supportive space, while keeping the focus on creativity, connection and most importantly, having fun.
No prior experience is needed; just bring yourself as you are.
