Inside Out is inner work for white women to forward social justice.

Inside Out is an intentional container for us to go within, introspect, and explore whiteness both as a system of oppresion and harm and how that shows up for us as indivudals and the unconscious biases and conditioning therein, increase awareness of ourselves, and to take action in our communities to demonstrate justice, equity, diversity and inclusion (JEDI) for our fellow BIPOC people.

Investment: Each month we will highlight one BIPOC organization to learn about and support monetarily. We encourage all participants to donate to the highlighted BIPOC organization of the month.

More about this container: On the 2nd Monday of each month, we will explore different themes related to social justice. Additional topics will certainly arise as well. Some of our meetings may also be facilitated by professional educators on JEDI themes.
