At the Inside Out Camp, we will discover our emotions through yoga, mindful movement, games, and art! We will begin with learning poses for each Inside Out Character, and play emotion charades! 🩷❤️🧡💛💚🩵💙

Yogis will then create their own glitter jar and learn how it can calm their bodies and minds. We will create more Inside Out themed crafts, and play games before we relax! 🎨

Recommended ages:Age 5-12 🧘🏼‍♀️
