Kizzy (Brnchtr) is a poet, storyteller, and multidisciplinary artist shaped by Caribbean fire and the resilience of the women before her. A former athlete of over two decades, she brings the same discipline and heart to her art.

Author of Echoes of Brain Chatter: Poems from the Inner Noise—a raw collection on grief, love, trauma, Black womanhood, and motherhood. Her work doesn’t whisper—it remembers, reclaims, rebuilds.

She invites you into the echo—into the quiet spaces we’re told to silence. 🍃✊🏾
