Ready for something new? If you’ve never experienced an Inside Flow class before, this is your chance! Save the date for the *first* Inside Flow yoga class offering in the Kansas City area. Join RYT and Inside Flow Silver Instructor, Erin Barham, at 1:30 p.m. on Sunday, May 7, at the Jewish Community Center for an innovative, music-centered yoga flow. Inside Flow focuses on breath and movement, and connecting movement to music.
During class you’ll move through familiar yoga poses in a choreographed sequence at a continual slow and steady pace. If you’re looking to expand or invigorate your practice, Inside Flow is for you! Refreshments will be provided following the class.
Register is $5 for Members and $10 for Community.
