About this Event

Inside Flow Junior Teachers from Hong Kong, Macau, and Malaysia are coming together for an Inside Flow Party!

Join Rebecca (@reebiesw), Man Leng (@cmanleng), and Eekyn (@eekynchee) for three hours of flow, sweat, and fun!

Event is open to all levels. Please bring your own yoga mat and water.
