What is Inside Flow?
Inside Flow is an evolution of Vinyasa Yoga, also known as vinyasa on beat.
Your breath is guided by your movement, synchronised to the music.
In Inside Flow, you are singing a song with your body.
You embody the energy of the song and the lyrics through movement.
The class starts and you are in the Flow, we will build up a vinyasa sequence leading to the final flow. This practice is a powerful moving meditation.
