A one-hour event following our FREE CAMP split into two energizing parts: 30-minute Q&A panel with our owner, Chelsea Theodoropoulos, employees, and members, followed by 30 minutes of open gym time to practice, explore, and/or tour the space. Stay for one or both parts!

It is for everyone. If you have questions about your member experience and/or want the chance to use the gym in an open format, you will walk away with value. A Trainer will be on the floor to help support, as needed.
