Cost: $10 per person via Venmo or CashApp. **Paid on the day of the tournament**. There are spots for at least 20 teams ( 40 players) and potentially more depending on registration.
The Selkirk ProS1 ball will be used for all tournament games.
All details are subject to change based on the number of players who register and other various factors. We will post updates if they are needed for any changes.
This tournament will be a Round-Robin, fixed team tournament, with a championship single-elimination Bracket to determine the victor!
THE FORMAT FOR THIS TOURNAMENT *may* have Intermediate and Challenger Divisions OR be in a SWISS Tournament format. *Swiss tournament matches teams by win/loss ratio and will splits all teams into an upper and lower bracket automatically, so you’ll still play against teams of similar skill*
This will depend on player registration and will be finalized at least a day before the event.
Some adjustments may be made to teams who register in either division depending on the number of players (and their skill levels) who register. Registering for a particular division does not guarantee placement in that division.
The final games of the Championship Bracket matches will be best two-out-of-three games to 11 points. At the discretion of the tournament director and how much time is available, any or all of these matches may be switched to a single game to 11 or 15 points, win-by-two.
All matches for this tournament will be recorded via the Scorholio App on mobile devices.

Will open promptly at 8:30 tonight. Check for the link!
Once you register and your partner has registered, you may assume that your place in the tournament is secured. Jonathan will close registration if the event becomes full.
PRIORITY in registration will be given to members of the group who Regularly play at Ironbridge at Night.
WAITLIST
Registration will be done on a first-come first-serve basis. *Every player needs to register, regardless of if your teammate has registered already.* When you register, the form will ask who your partner is. If you don't have a partner yet, complete the registration anyways and indicate that you are looking. You may make posts on the facebook group or in the chat to indicate that you are looking for a partner.

COED TEAM BOUNTY
Coed teams (one male, one female) may each get one item from the grabbox per player! Consider teaming up with a coed partner to take advantage of this!
Ernie or ATP shot bounty (1 per player per game) - If you get an Ernie or ATP during the tournament, you can earn a single item from the grab box OR an extra raffle ticket.
PRIZES for first place (in both Challenger and Novice divisions)
- A 4 pack of Selkirk Pro S1 balls (split between each player of a team)
- The privilege of signing the Ironbridge Nighttime Winners Paddle
- One item from the Grab Box for each player
The Grab box includes various grips, over grips, lead tape, carbon paddle cleaners, and edge tapes. The choice is yours!
**Exact details of the raffle and prizes are subject to change depending on the logistics of things. If there are any significant changes, they will be announced at the start of the tournament.**
**All funds collected for this event will go directly towards court reservations with any leftover funds being held and used for future prize pools**
We have put a lot of effort into making these tournaments as professional as possible! BUT If things go seriously wrong, we will attempt to correct them ASAP. Just be patient, we’re doing this for free! Also, I have a family and small children at home, so I may not respond to messages, questions, or requests immediately.
