INNSiDE by Meliá Manchester X BRYSK 5k run

This April, INNSiDE Road Runners returns to INNSiDE by Meliá Manchester, this time in partnership with Brysk(@wearebrysk).

Brysk is a new wellness studio located just off St Ann’s Square in Manchester, offering a modern approach to recovery, performance and preventative health.

Join us for a free, social, beginner-friendly guided 5km group run, starting and ending at INNSiDE by Meliá, Manchester.

Runners can drop coats and bags at the hotel on arrival, and should meet outside the hotel reception area before the run sets off at 6.30pm.
