Come along to our South Support Group for parents and carers who have children or young people aged 0-25 with special needs, disabilities or life-limiting conditions.No booking necessary, just turn up.
Chat with other parents and carers over free refreshment and get get advice, information, signposting, peer support and a ten minute free therapy.
Supportive Parents and Carers Support Centre are usually in attendance but please contact us so we can make sure before you come along.
