Join us for two practical half-day workshops designed for ELT academic and centre managers. Explore how AI can support innovation, improve efficiency and create new opportunities for growth within your centre.
Attend one or both workshops and work hands-on with tools to test ideas and apply learning directly to your own centre.
AI for productivity and efficiency (9:30 - 13:00)
This session focuses on how centres can use AI to improve day-to-day operations, reducing repetitive work and making better use of staff time. Participants will explore the distinction between AI and automation, with particular attention to data, privacy and operational risk.
The session will also address how to think about the return on investment when adopting new tools or processes.
AI for growth and innovation (14:00 - 17:30)
This session focuses on how AI-enabled innovation could help centres identify new revenue streams, diversify their offer and strengthen the value they provide to learners, clients and partners.
Participants will work through the innovation process in a practical way, from generating ideas and spotting opportunities to testing, refining and planning how those ideas could be introduced.
The session will also consider the leadership and cultural work involved in innovation. Participants will look at practical ways to bring colleagues on board, manage uncertainty, avoid change for its own sake and build confidence around small-scale pilots.

Cancellation
English UK will not refund fees if the delegate cancels less than 30 days before the training although a substitute may be sent with prior notice.
