ECSTATIC DANCE POTLUCK: Move, Connect, Celebrate

Join Innova Collective for our first monthly community celebration - this one is on the dance floor! Ecstatic dance is unchoreographed movement - a kind of moving meditation that provides the chance to connect deeply and express yourself without judgment.

Sacred Dance Container:

We're creating a safe space for mind-body-soul expression free from alcohol, drugs, judgment, conversation, and phones. This allows everyone (all ages are welcome!) to explore authentic movement and connection in a supportive environment.

What to Expect:

-Guided dance journey from gentle warm-up to peak celebration
-Dance ribbons, scarves, and playful props for self-expression
-Photo booth for capturing memories (outside the dance room)
-Potluck snacks in the kitchen area
-Chill conversation room for introverts and connection
-All ages welcome - families encouraged!

Ecstatic Dance Guidelines:

-No talking on the dance floor (express with movement!)
-No phones in dance room (be present with your body)
-Dance your authentic self - no performance or perfection
-Connect freely with others through movement - dance together, mirror each other, share the joy!
-Respect boundaries while staying open to playful connection
